About Us
The Ellenbrook Study Hub provides a welcoming space for students pursuing higher education. We offer academic assistance, career guidance, and a vibrant community to support learning and personal development.
The Role
As a Student Support Officer, you will:
- Assist students with study techniques, academic resources, and career advice.
- Provide guidance on university/TAFE processes, enrolments, and course selection.
- Support student engagement through events and workshops.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
- Collaborate with staff and external partners to improve student services.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in student services, education, or a related field.
- Is friendly, approachable, and committed to student success.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
